12 This antitrust action brought against Google by app developers is a member case in the 13 multidistrict litigation, In re Google Play Store Antitrust Litigation, Case No. 21-md-02981-JD. 14 The developer plaintiffs reached a proposed class settlement with the Google defendants (Google), 15 which the Court has preliminarily approved. Dkt. No. 233.1 Following a final approval hearing, 16 Dkt. No. 263, this order now resolves the developer plaintiffs’ motion for final settlement 17 approval, Dkt.
