I. BACKGROUND

24 This is a data privacy litigation brought by Representative Plaintiffs John Harbour, Tami 25 Wisnesky, Joweli Vunisa, and J. Doe (collectively “Plaintiffs” or “Class Representatives”) against 26 Defendants California Health & Wellness Plan, Health Net of California, Inc., Health Net Life 27 Insurance Company, Health Net Community Solutions, Inc., Health Net, LLC, and Centene Corporation (collectively “Health Net Defendants”), and Accellion, Inc., (“Accellion”) (all collectively “Defendants”) following Health Net’s confirmation that it was impacted by the FTA Data Breach.
