I. BACKGROUND

24 This is a data privacy litigation brought by Representative Plaintiffs John Harbour, Tami 25 Wisnesky, Joweli Vunisa, and J. Doe (collectively “Plaintiffs” or “Class Representatives”) against 26 Defendants California Health & Wellness Plan, Health Net of California, Inc., Health Net Life 27 Insurance Company, Health Net Community Solutions, Inc., Health Net, LLC, and Centene 1 Corporation (collectively “Health Net Defendants”), and Accellion, Inc., (“Accellion”) (all 2 collectively “Defendants”) following Health Net’s confirmation that it was impacted by the FTA 3 Data Breach.
