Plaintiff appeals from the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security, which denied her applications for disability insurance benefits. The Parties have consented to the jurisdiction of a magistrate judge. Dkt. 4, 9. For the reasons discussed below, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment (Dkt. 11), DENIES Defendant Commissioner’s cross-motion for summary judgment (Dkt. 15), and REMANDS this case for further proceedings. I. BACKGROUND On or about October 22, 2020, Plaintiff filed applications for Title II disability insurance benefits. See Dkt. 10 (Administrative Record (“AR”)) 181-189.
