I. TRIAL DATES & LENGTH

14 A bench trial shall be held beginning on January 31, 2024. Trial days are: January 31, 15 February 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, 13 (nine days total) with one extra day available in case of logistical 16 issues: February 14. Trial days shall begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 1:30 p.m. Counsel are expected 17 to be present at 8:00 a.m. at least, unless the Court orders otherwise. 18 Each side shall have 18 hours to present their case. This includes opening statements, 19 direct and cross-examinations, and closing arguments. 20

II. TRIAL PROCEDURES
