12 Defendant Liaison, Inc.’s motion to dismiss is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiff 13 Thumbtack, Inc.’s claim for copyright infringement is dismissed in part because it lacks specificity 14 and needs clarification on the scope of the claim.
