INTRODUCTION

20 In this certified class action involving alleged deficiencies on pay stubs for airline pilots, 21 plaintiff moves for final approval of a class settlement. Because the settlement is fair, 22 reasonable, and adequate, final approval is GRANTED. 23 Plaintiff separately moves for an award of attorney's fees in the amount of one-third of the 24 gross common fund, costs in the amount of $81,953.13, and a class representative service award 25 in the amount of $20,000 (for plaintiff Ward) and $10,000 (for plaintiff Richards).
