13 14 On January 23, 2024, the Court held a hearing on plaintiff’s unopposed motion for 15 preliminary approval of the parties’ class, collective, and PAGA action settlement. Dkt. No. 43. 16 As discussed at the hearing, the Court directs plaintiff to file a supplemental submission 17 addressing the following issues. Defendants may join in plaintiff’s submission or separately file 18 their own. 19 1. Released Class Claims: The proposed settlement defines “Class Members” (or the 20 “Settlement Class”) as “all persons who were employed in the State of California in non-exempt 21 positions” at any time during the “Class Period.” Dkt.
