12 13 Before the Court are motions to dismiss by Defendants Dryden Capital, Inc. (“Dryden”) 14 and Zillow Group, Inc. (“Zillow”). ECF Nos. 77, 78. The Court will grant the motions.1 15 I. BACKGROUND 16 On November 7, 2023, Plaintiff Kabita Choudhuri filed her second amended complaint 17 (“SAC”) in this action against Defendants Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC., Bosco Credit LLC., 18 Zillow Group, Inc., and Dryden Capital, Inc., whom she claims engaged in a conspiracy to defraud 19 her by illegally foreclosing on her home. ECF No. 72.
