12 13 This action is based on plaintiff Boobuli’s LLC (“Boobuli’s”) allegation that despite an 14 unavoidable decrease in its business operations due to the COVID pandemic in 2020 - 2021, its 15 insurer, defendant State Farm General Insurance Company (“State Farm”), failed to properly 16 adjust the premiums for its business risk insurance plans.1 Boobuli’s brings equitable claims on 17 behalf of similarly situated California businessowners for violations of the Unfair Competition 18 Law, the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and unjust enrichment.
