I. PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
16 As relevant to this motion, this case is a consolidated action incorporating three patent 17 infringement cases brought by Plaintiffs AbCellera Biologics, Inc. (“AbCellera”) and the 18 University of British Columbia (“UBC”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs). The case was stayed for 19 approximately two years pending inter partes review. ECF No. 123. After lifting the stay on 20 August 4, 2023, ECF No. 143, the Court set a schedule of deadlines…
