The 14 parties primarily dispute whether Defendant Pacific Coast Container, Inc., dba PCC Logistics 15 (PCC) can assert attorney-client privilege over an email from third-party witness Abdel Zaharan 16 (former CFO at PCC) to Brandon McDonnell (a vice president at PCC), Mike McDonnell (the 17 owner of PCC), and John Paul Weber (vice president of sales at PCC).
