13 Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion for default Judgment. Dkt. No. 28. The Court 14 referred the matter to a magistrate judge to prepare a report and recommendation on the motion. 15 Dkt. No. 30. The Court has reviewed Magistrate Judge Tse’s Report and Recommendation 16 (“Report”), Dkt No. 34, as well as Plaintiffs’ objection to the Report, Dkt. No. 36. The Court 17 finds the Report correct, well-reasoned and thorough. Accordingly, the Court OVERRULES 18 Plaintiffs’ objections and ADOPTS the Report in every respect. 19 …
