12 13 Before the Court is Defendants County of Marin, Marin County District Attorney’s Office, 14 Lori Frugoli, Rosemary Slote, Tom McCallister, and Shari Goldman’s (collectively “Defendants”) 15 motion to dismiss. ECF No. 12. The Court will grant the motion in part and deny it in part. 16 I. BACKGROUND 17 This case arises from the alleged discrimination and eventual termination of Plaintiff 18 Cameron Jones from the Marin County District Attorney’s Office. Jones began working for the 19 District Attorney’s Office on April 19, 2021,1 in the misdemeanor unit. ECF No. 1 ¶ 27.
