12 13 Plaintiff K.G. sues Defendant University of San Francisco Welfare Benefit Plan regarding 14 denial of health plan benefits. Plaintiff brings claims under the Federal Health Parity and 15 Addiction Equity Act as well as the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). 16 (Dkt.
