Nos. 1074, 1073, 1016 – pending 15 their appeal to the Ninth Circuit of my December 2023 Order denying their Rule 60 motion for 16 relief from that Judgment.1 In the December 2023 Order, I thoroughly recounted the history of 17 this case: the vigorous litigation, with unusually intensive discovery and motion practice, and the 18 resulting jury verdict and Judgment following the post-trial motions.
