12 13 This case is about the First Amendment right to post comments on YouTube. Before the 14 Court is Google LLC’s motion to dismiss. The motion is fully briefed and suitable for decision 15 without oral argument. Accordingly, the hearing set for February 15, 2024, is VACATED. See 16 Civil L.R. 7-6. This Order assumes familiarity with the facts of the case, the parties’ arguments, 17 and the relevant law. Having read the parties’ papers and carefully considered their arguments and 18 the relevant legal authority, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion to dismiss for the following 19 reasons. 20 I.
