12 13 Now before the Court is the motion to remand filed by Plaintiff Rohno Geppert 14 (“Plaintiff”). The Court has considered the parties’ papers, relevant legal authority, and the record 15 in the case, and it finds this matter suitable for disposition without oral argument. See N.D. Civ. 16 L.R. 7-1(b). For the following reasons, the Court GRANTS the motion to remand. 17 BACKGROUND 18 Plaintiff originally filed this action in the Santa Clara County Superior Court against ten 19 Doe Defendants pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure section 340.1(l).
