13 The parties filed three joint discovery letters (“JDLs”) leading up to and after the 14 September 20, 2023 fact discovery deadline. [See Docket Nos. 346, 347, 410.] The letters are 15 appropriate for resolution without oral argument pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b). 16 I.
