12 13 Now before the Court for consideration is the motion for class certification filed by 14 Plaintiffs Desert Cove Recovery, LLC (“Desert Cove”), Meridian Treatment Center, Inc. 15 (“Meridian”), and Hollywood Harmony, LLC (“Hollywood Harmony”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”). 16 The Court has considered the parties’ papers, relevant legal authority, and the record in this case, 17 and it DENIES Plaintiffs’ motion. 18 BACKGROUND 19 Plaintiffs are behavioral healthcare providers that provide substance abuse and mental 20 health treatment.
