12 13 This case arises out of years of litigation following Plaintiff Wells Fargo’s foreclosure of a 14 home in which Defendant Russell A. Robinson possesses a four percent interest. For the second 15 time, Mr. Robinson has removed this matter from the Alameda County Superior Court seeking to 16 prevent the state court from ruling on Mr. Robinson’s motion to set aside and vacate a stipulated 17 judgment. (Dkt. No. 1 at 2.1) Wells Fargo moves to remand based on lack of subject matter 18 jurisdiction and procedural defects in removal. (Dkt. No. 20.)
