13 14 Lead Plaintiff Boston Retirement System (“BRS”) filed a motion to compel production of 15 unredacted versions of 28 documents produced by non-party PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”). 16 [Docket No. 363 (“Mot.”).] Defendant Uber Technologies, Inc. (“Uber”) asserts that the work 17 product doctrine shields redacted portions of the documents from discovery. The documents fall 18 into four categories: 1) impairment assessments, 2) forensic memoranda, 3) emails, and 4) 19 management representation letters (“MRLs”).
