(“Plaintiff”) brings this action under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 15 § 405(g), seeking judicial review of a final decision by the Commissioner of the Social Security 16 Administration, Defendant Martin O’Malley (“Commissioner”), denying Plaintiff’s applications 17 for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income. [Dkt. 1]. The Court 18 previously granted Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”), in accordance with 19 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a). [Dkt. 9].
