13 14 Plaintiff seeks judicial review of an administrative law judge (“ALJ”) decision denying his 15 application for disability insurance benefits as a Disabled Adult Child under Title II of the Social 16 Security Act. See Admin. Rec. at 2377-2404.2 The Appeals Council of the Social Security 17 Administration failed to review the ALJ’s decision within sixty days of its issuance. See Pl.’s 18 Compl. (Dkt. 1) at 8; AR at 2378. As such, the ALJ’s decision is a “final decision” of the 19 Commissioner of Social Security, appropriately reviewable by this court. See 42 U.S.C. §405(g), 20 1383(c)(3).
