12 13 On December 22, 2023, Defendant United States filed a motion to retain confidentiality 14 over certain documents produced pursuant to the terms of the parties’ stipulated protective order. 15 Upon review of the moving papers, the Court finds this matter suitable for resolution 16 without oral argument pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b), and, for the reasons set forth below, 17 DENIES Defendant’s motion. 18 I.
