Plaintiff asserts Freedom Mortgage Corporation (“Freedom”) 17 failed to properly consider the Trust for foreclosure prevention alternatives prior to completing the 18 foreclosure sale. Now pending before the Court is Freedom’s motion to dismiss. (Dkt.
