12 Before the Court is Defendant Platinum Optics Technology Inc.’s (“PTOT”) motion to dismiss Viavi Solutions Inc.’s (“Viavi”) Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”). ECF No. 146. For the reasons discussed below, the Court GRANTS PTOT’s motion. I. BACKGROUND This Court has previously provided a detailed summary of the relevant facts in its order granting PTOT’s motion for summary judgment. See ECF No. 142 (“MSJ Order”).
