12 Plaintiff Janet D. seeks review of the Commissioner of the Social Security 13 Administration’s (the “Commissioner’s”) final administrative decision, which found Plaintiff not 14 disabled and therefore denied her application for disability benefits under Title XVI of the Social 15 Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401 et seq. She moves to remand for further proceedings. [Docket No. 16 13.] The Commissioner opposes. [Docket No. 17.] For the reasons stated below, Plaintiff’s 17 motion to remand is denied. 18 I.
