12 13 Defendants’ Joint Motion for Summary Judgment was heard before this Court on February 14 1, 2024. Having reviewed the parties’ submissions and carefully considered their arguments 15 therein and those made at the hearing, as well as the relevant legal authority, the Court hereby 16 GRANTS Defendants’ motion, for the following reasons. 17 BACKGROUND1 18 Plaintiffs Bich Duyen Pham and Aiping Gan are residents of Honolulu, Hawaii.
