13 14 Plaintiff CG, a minor, has filed suit through his father, Gregory Gambel, against the United 15 States, the Presidio Trust (a federal corporation established under the Presidio Trust Act1 16 (hereafter, collectively referred to as the “Federal Defendants”), and Off the Grid Services, LLC 17 (hereafter, “Off the Grid”), a private company incorporated in Delaware. See First Amend. Compl. 18 (“FAC”) (dkt. 18) at 2. Now pending before the court is the Federal Defendants’ motion to dismiss 19 (dkt. 23).
