12 13 Plaintiff Robert Lindblad, who represents himself, sues three Defendants for seven causes 14 of action related to Plaintiff’s alleged ownership rights to Linde AG. (Dkt. No. 1-5 ¶¶ 26-53.)1 15 Defendants move to dismiss this action for lack of personal jurisdiction and insufficient service of 16 process. (Dkt. No. 6.) Plaintiff filed an opposition and a motion to retain jurisdiction. (Dkt. Nos. 17 17, 18.) After carefully considering the parties’ written submissions, the Court GRANTS the 18 motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.
