13 14 Plaintiff Vincent Pastore (“Mr. Pastore”) brings this action alleging that Defendants 15 County of Santa Cruz (the “County”), Robyn Grant (“Ms. Bolster-Grant”), Tony Falcone (“Mr. 16 Falcone”), Kevin Fitzpatrick (“Mr. Fitzpatrick”), and Kent Edler (“Mr. Edler,” and with Ms. 17 Bolster-Grant, Mr. Falcone, and Mr. Fitzpatrick, the “Individual Defendants,” and collectively 18 with the County, “Defendants”) undertook various improper nuisance abatement actions with 19 respect to Plaintiff’s properties, and that these actions violated Plaintiff’s constitutional and 20 property rights.
