13 14 Pending before the Court are two motions filed by Plaintiff: a motion for leave to file a 15 motion for reconsideration, Dkt. No. 34, and a motion for leave to file a first amended complaint, 16 Dkt. No. 46. The Court finds this matter appropriate for disposition without oral argument and the 17 matter is deemed submitted. See Civil L.R. 7-1(b). For the reasons detailed below, the Court 18 DENIES leave to file a motion for reconsideration, but GRANTS leave to file a first amended 19 complaint. 20 I.
