12 13 In this consolidated action, plaintiffs AbCellera Biologics Inc. and The University of 14 British Columbia (collectively, “AbCellera”) allege infringement of fifteen patents.1 The asserted 15 patents are generally directed to methods that use microfluidics in cell analyses. No. 164. 16 Defendant Bruker Cellular Analysis (“Bruker Cellular”) now moves for an order striking 26 17 accused instrumentalities in AbCellera’s amended Patent Local Rule 3-1(b) disclosures. Dkt.
