9 Defendants. Re: Dkt. No. 1 10 11 Before the Court is a motion by Gamefam, Inc. for reimbursement of significant expenses 12 incurred in responding to a subpoena by WowWee Group Limited, et al. (“WowWee”). Dkt. No. 13 1. The subpoena was issued to require Gamefam to testify at a deposition in the civil action 22-cv- 14 4476-SI, Roblox v. WowWee Group Limited, et al. (“the Lawsuit”) and included document 15 production requests. WowWee opposes the motion for reimbursement. Dkt. No. 17.
