14 15 On or about January 10, 2024, Plaintiff, an inmate housed at Nash Correctional Institution 16 in Nashville, North Carolina, filed this pro se action. Dkt. No. 1. On February 26, 2024, the 17 Court dismissed this action and entered judgment against Plaintiff because Plaintiff had neither 18 paid the filing fee nor submitted a complete in forma pauperis application. Dkt.
