12 13 Before the Court is defendants’ “Motion to Exclude the Testimony of Plaintiffs’ 14 Expert Robert E. Conner” (“Defs.’ Mot.,” Doc. No. 117), filed November 14, 2023. 15 Plaintiffs have filed opposition, to which defendants have replied.
