The Court held a hearing on the 15 motion to dismiss. Dkt. No. 77. The Court DENIES the motion to dismiss and GRANTS IN 16 PART AND DENIES IN PART the motions to seal. 17 I. BACKGROUND 18 Plaintiffs filed the first amended complaint (“FAC”) after the Court granted Defendant’s 19 motion to dismiss their initial complaint. See Dkt.
