10 GEICO CASUALTY COMPANY, et al., [Re: ECF No. 220] 11 Defendants. 12 13 Defendants GEICO Casualty Company, GEICO Indemnity Company, and GEICO General 14 Insurance Company (collectively, “GEICO”) have, at the Court’s invitation, filed a renewed 15 motion for summary judgment. ECF No. 220 (“Mot.”). Plaintiff Jessica Day opposes the motion. 16 ECF No. 224 (“Opp.”). GEICO filed a reply. ECF No. 227 (“Reply”). The Court finds the 17 motion suitable for decision without oral argument. See Civ.
