ECF No. 220 (“Mot.”). Plaintiff Jessica Day opposes the motion. 16 ECF No. 224 (“Opp.”). GEICO filed a reply. ECF No. 227 (“Reply”). The Court finds the 17 motion suitable for decision without oral argument. See Civ. L.R. 7-1(b); ECF No. 215. 18 For the reasons below, the Court GRANTS summary judgment in favor of GEICO on 19 Plaintiff’s California Unfair Competition Law (“UCL”) “unfair” claim. 20 I.
