12 13 This is a case about hand sanitizer labeling. Defendant Vi-Jon, Inc.’s motion to dismiss 14 was heard before this Court on October 12, 2023. Having read the papers filed by the parties and 15 carefully considered their arguments therein and those made at the hearing, as well as the relevant 16 legal authority, the Court hereby GRANTS Defendant’s motion to dismiss, for the following 17 reasons. 18 BACKGROUND 19 Plaintiff Danielle Steiner and Plaintiff Amnery Castaneda purchased Vi-Jon’s “Germ-X® 20 moisturizing original hand sanitizer” (“Product”) in Orange County.
