13 14 Plaintiff A.T. 1 appeals from a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“the 15 Commissioner”) 2 denying her applications for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the 16 Social Security Act (“Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 423 et seq., and for supplemental security income under 17 Title XVI of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1381 et seq. A.T. contends that the administrative law judge 18 (“ALJ”) erred by: (1) improperly evaluating the opinions of her medical sources; (2) improperly 19 discounting her subjective statements about her symptoms; and (3) incorrectly determining her 20 residual functional capacity (“RFC”). 21 The parties have filed…
