12 13 Mr. Calvillo, a prisoner incarcerated at the Correctional Training Facility in Soledad, 14 California, filed this pro se civil rights complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Dkt. No. 1. 15 The Court screened the complaint and found that Mr. Calvillo had pleaded cognizable 16 claims that his First Amendment right to be free of retaliation, his Fourteenth Amendment due 17 process right, and his Fourteenth Amendment right to equal protection were violated during a 18 disciplinary proceeding. See Dkt No. 6. Mr. Calvillo alleged these rights were all violated by 19 defendant J.
