14 Pending before the Court are parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment relative to defendant and counterplaintiff Kenneth Dixon Wright’s amended counterclaim against plaintiff and counterdefendant USI Insurance Services LLC. In short, the parties dispute whether a 2017 employment agreement to which Wright is a party supersedes an earlier-executed purchase agreement which contains certain employment-related terms, but was executed in conjunction with a separate employment agreement.
