13 Before the Court is defendants Guardian Technologies LLC and Lasko Products LLC’s “Motion to Dismiss Complaint Pursuant to FRCP 12(b)(6) and FRCP 12(b)(1), and to Strike Class Allegations Pursuant to FRCP 12(f),” filed December 15, 2023. Plaintiffs Lisa Felice, Justin Garfield, and Nicholas Poston have filed opposition, to which defendants have replied.
