12 I. INTRODUCTION Pending before the Court is Defendant HealthEquity, Inc.’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c). ECF No. 18. Plaintiff The Payroll Resource Group filed an Opposition (ECF No. 19), and Defendant filed a Reply (ECF No. 20). For the reasons stated below, the Court GRANTS the motion.1 II.
