19 The parties in these two related cases have raised a number of discovery issues in their Case Management Statements and at the case management conference on April 30, 2024. The Court addresses some of those issues as follows, as well as the deadline for service of process in the R.P. case. The Court further notes that, contrary to an assertion by counsel at the April 30 conference, discovery is now open in both cases.
