12 Plaintiff Harriet Gatchalian brought this putative consumer class action against Defendants for abusive, deceptive, and unfair debt collection practices. The Court previously granted Plaintiff’s motion for preliminary approval of a class action settlement resolving her claims and those of the putative class. (Dkt. No. 57.) Plaintiff’s motions for final approval of the class action settlement and for attorney’s fees, costs, and a class representative award are now pending before the Court. (Dkt. Nos. 58, 59.)
