13 Pending before the Court is Plaintiff Pravin Chander Thalasila’s (“Plaintiff”) Renewed Motion for Default Judgment (the “Motion”) against Defendant Wayne Lo (“Defendant”). See Mot., ECF No. 26. The Court heard oral argument on the Motion on May 23, 2024. For the reasons discussed at the hearing and described below, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff’s Motion. I. BACKGROUND A. Factual Allegations Plaintiff is California resident and Defendant is a Canadian resident. Compl. ¶¶ 3–4, ECF No. 1.
