12 Plaintiff sues Zipline for alleged infringement of U.S. Patent No. 7,606,115 (the ’115 patent) and trade secret misappropriation. (Dkt. No. 86.) Before the Court is Defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings and Plaintiff’s motion to dismiss and strike. (Dkt. Nos. 92, 95.)
