14 Defendants. 15 16 Plaintiff Jiaren Zhu, appearing pro se,1 seeks an ex parte temporary restraining order and a 17 temporary injunction enjoining the manufacture, importation, distribution, offering for sale, and 18 sale of products—magnetic key holders—that he contends infringe his design patent, U.S. Patent 19 No. D813317S. He also prays for a “temporary asset restraint” and expedited discovery. Zhu 20 requests the order be entered against “the partnerships and unincorporated associations identified 21 on Schedule ‘A,’” attached to the complaint, which is also how the caption of the complaint 22 identifies defendants. 23 The body of the complaint, however, makes clear that the 50 names listed on “Schedule 24 25 1 The caption…
