13 Plaintiff Vincent Pastore (“Plaintiff”) filed a Second Amended Complaint (the “SAC”) in this action on April 1, 2024. See SAC, ECF No. 63. Now pending before the Court is Defendants County of Santa Cruz (the “County”), Robyn Bolster-Grant, Tony Falcone, Kevin Fitzpatrick, and Kent Edler’s (collectively with the County, “Defendants”) Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s SAC (the “Motion”). See Mot., ECF No. 64. The Court finds the Motion suitable for decision without oral argument pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b).
